World Book Day

For world Book Day we each wrote a book which we read for each other and the Junior Room children. We also did a ‘Where’s Wally’ trail. It was fun and we enjoyed the day. Seniors

On world book day we dressed up as our favourite characters.  We brought in our favourite books, we told all the class about our book and favourite character. Rebecca’s favourite book is ‘Pigin of Howth’, by Kathleen Watkins. Holly’s favourite books are all the Harry Potter books, on world book day she dressed up as Delphini Riddle. Aurora loves all Fairy Tale books. Max dressed up as a football player.  We all got book tokens that we can used to get €1.50 off the price of a new book. We had fun on world book day.  From 1st and 2nd Classes
