Diocesan Service

Published on June 13th 2018 by LMNS

This year the Diocesan Service was held in Stradbally for the first time. We traveled there by bus. There were 5 other school there as well. Each school had a part in the service.

Each school made a banner and said something about their school. We had to welcome each school to Stradbally and each school rang their bell, Lochie rang ours. We read out some of the prayers. We sang some songs and listened to a talk. Dean Draper gave out some prizes. We received sweets from St. James and went home. It was a lovely day.

Liosmór Mochuda National School is a mixed two-teacher school in Lismore, Co. Waterford under the Patronage of the Church of Ireland. It is nestled at the top of North Mall between the historic St. Carthages Cathedral and the Deanery.
