Folk Dancing

Dancing: We are halfway through our dancing lessons with Larry and Ida. We have learned a dance from Bolivia and a Scottish dance. This has been interesting. We wonder what other dances we are going to learn in the coming two weeks.

Wormery: With the help of the local Tidy Towns Committee we set up a wormery. We drilled holes in a dark plastic box. Then we put damp cardboard in and then damp paper, some woodchips and then we repeated this layering again. We added Tiger Worms and put newspaper on the top. We learned about […]

Dramas: The Senior Room recently wrote and performed their own dramas. They were excellent and a lot of time and effort went into them. Excellent work everyone.

Liosmór Mochuda National School is a mixed two-teacher school in Lismore, Co. Waterford under the Patronage of the Church of Ireland. It is nestled at the top of North Mall between the historic St. Carthages Cathedral and the Deanery.
