Wormery

Wormery:

With the help of the local Tidy Towns Committee we set up a wormery. We drilled holes in a dark plastic box. Then we put damp cardboard in and then damp paper, some woodchips and then we repeated this layering again. We added Tiger Worms and put newspaper on the top. We learned about what materials were suitable to feed the worms and how to take care of our worms. It was a fun activity!
