West Waterford Sports

Over the past two weeks the children from the Senior Room have been running in the West Waterford Sports in Dungarvan. They all did really well and we are so proud of them for taking part.

The children who represented the school the first week were:

  • Billy Fahey U10 80m
  • Alison Tanner U10 80m
  • David Bowes U11 100m
  • Ally Stuart U11 100m
  • Callum Corcoran U12 100m
  • Alex Bowes O12 100m
  • Jamie Maxwell O12 100m
  • Christopher Bowes U11 100m
  • Dani Stuart U11 600m
  • Jamie Maxwell O12 800m
  • U11 Girl’s Relay – Alison Tanner, Dani Stuart, Ally Stuart and Isobel Maxwell
  • U14 Boy’s Relay – Alex Bowes, Christopher Bowes, Callum Corcoran and Jamie Maxwell

 

The children who represented the school the second week were:

  • Alex Bowes 100m
  • Dani Stuart 600m
  • Jamie Maxwell 800m
  • U14 Boy’s Relay – Alex Bowes, Christopher Bowes, Callum Corcoran and Jamie Maxwell
  • U14 Mixed Relay – Alex Bowes, Dani Stuart, Ally Stuart and Jamie Maxwell

 

Those who qualified for the County Final (to be held on Thursday June 1st ) are:

Alex and Dani represented the school in the County Final on Thursday June 1st, they both ran really well. We are very proud of all of the student who took part and represented the school.

Liosmór Mochuda National School is a mixed two-teacher school in Lismore, Co. Waterford under the Patronage of the Church of Ireland. It is nestled at the top of North Mall between the historic St. Carthages Cathedral and the Deanery.
