Heritage in Schools:

Published on April 09th 2019 by LMNS

As part of the Heritage in Schools programme Caroline Busher came to visit our school. She is an author. She talked about her books and helped us think about different ways we could get inspiration to write books.

She talked about writing about factual historical events and how can use these as inspiration to write a factual or made-up story. She also showed us how we can use artifacts and objects to write a story and how to brainstorm to write a story.

Liosmór Mochuda National School is a mixed two-teacher school in Lismore, Co. Waterford under the Patronage of the Church of Ireland. It is nestled at the top of North Mall between the historic St. Carthages Cathedral and the Deanery.
