Pizza

We made pizza. We made it in groups of six. We had some toppings like mushrooms, salami, pineapple and ham. So Yeah we used only cheese, a whole bag! It looked nice. So we put the pizzas into the oven, cooked them and then we ate them. By Bailey, Callum, Jamie and Alex.

Food Dudes

Food Dudes is a healthy eating programme, where people bring in small bags of fresh fruit and vegetables to school every day. Dental Hygienist

The dental hygienist came into to talk to us about looking after our teeth. She showed us how to brush our teeth properly, she also told us about the amounts of sugar that certain food items have…..Ketchup has 32 spoons of sugar!! She told us how important it is to look after our teeth.

West Waterford Sports

Liosmór Mochuda National School is a mixed two-teacher school in Lismore, Co. Waterford under the Patronage of the Church of Ireland. It is nestled at the top of North Mall between the historic St. Carthages Cathedral and the Deanery.
