We headed off to Dunmore East Adventure Centre early on the morning of June 12th. On a dull and cool afternoon we set off for the local Cricket Grounds to complete the activities that made up Sports Day. Wormery: With the help of the local Tidy Towns Committee we set up a wormery. We drilled holes in a dark plastic box. Then we put damp cardboard in and then damp paper, some woodchips and then we repeated this layering again. We added Tiger Worms and put newspaper on the top. We learned about […]
